Project description

The Generation GmbH is a veterinary institute for molecular genetics that is specialized in DNA investigations of animals.

The new implementation of the web application “Animal Trust Center” covers not only the web application but also the digitalization of the laboratory processes and the order management of the Generatio GmbH. The processing of animal DNA data with comparison and evaluation of ancestry, gene defects etc. is also part of this.

Numerous technologies such as Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, jUnit, WildFly, Bootstrap, View.js, Google Web Toolkit, REST-API, JAX-RS, maven, GitLab, Jenkins, Sonar Qube, Jira und Confluence were used in the implementation of the project.
