Semtrix GmbH manages over 100 WordPress instances. Their consultants create and publish several new blog articles on each of these instances every week. The previous approach required manually logging into each individual WordPress installation, followed by numerous clicks for article creation and publishing – a time-consuming and non-scalable process.

With the “WordPress Blog Manager,” we developed a centralized management platform that streamlines the entire content workflow. After a single login, the user has access to all configured WordPress instances and can create, edit, and schedule articles for publication from one central interface – with AI assistance.

The application provides a comprehensive overview of all published content: which article was published when, and on which instance. This transparency enables complete visibility and documentation of services rendered to clients, as well as monitoring and controlling content campaigns.

The result: the number of managed WordPress instances can be scaled further without a proportional increase in the time required. Employees gain valuable time that they can dedicate to creating high-quality content instead of clicking through WordPress backends. The turnaround time from content creation to publication has been drastically reduced.

Numerous technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Spring AI), Vaadin, Postgres, Docker, OpenAI und Stable Diffusion were used in the implementation of the project.
